This artwork is inspired by Cloisonné, a traditional Chinese craft. In this technique, people use thin copper wires to make outlines of patterns. I used this idea in my own way by bending copper wire to create designs on a frosted acrylic board. The patterns I made are based on Indian Henna designs, which are usually used in weddings and festivals to bring good luck. I wanted to mix Chinese and Indian cultures in one artwork. It shows how two different traditions can come together to create something beautiful and meaningful.
